Meditation

If you want to get rid of the pains and afflictions of this worldly life, you must practice meditation.

Regular meditation opens the avenues of intuitional knowledge and makes the mind calm and steady.

If you meditate for one or two hours in the brahma muhurta, you can work very peacefully throughout the day. Nothing can disturb your mind. The whole system will be charged with spiritual vibrations.

If you can meditate for half an hour daily, you will be able to engage with peace and spiritual strength in the daily battle of life.

When one meditates old thoughts, old memories of past enjoyments will bubble up and force the mind to wander in all directions. It is completely natural.

Meditation must be regular.

During concentration mind becomes calm, serene and steady.

In meditation, do not struggle with the mind.

Regular and constant meditation purifies the subconscious mind.

Meditation gives a lot of spiritual strength, peace, new vigour and vitality.

From birth, man is chained with strong iron links of endless desires or anadi vasanas, and no siddhi can ever sever the bond of his ignorance and avidya. Exhaustion of karma is possible only through one’s own effort at sadhana. Through the practice of meditation the light of knowledge dawns, which burns out all samskaras.
