It is an excellent workshop. In HDFC it is something new. Enjoyed the program and will try to follow whatever taught to the maximum.
Very nice and enthusiastic. It is very much helpful in day to day life.
It was really a beautiful programme. During the training period itself we could feel the result. Body and mind were really relaxed.
It was quite effective and despite the time constraint most of the content was effectively passed on to us. Challenge lies in incorporating this in our day to day life.

I came in with a motive to learn Surya Namaskara for my physical problems; however I gained a lot more. The programme was wonderful. Two days are not enough. But it does show the potential of what Yoga can be.
It was a good programme. Trainer took full interest in explaining each and every step to the trainees. Additionally it is good to observe that he is aware of our constraints.
